摘要
The control of molten iron weight measurement is an important work of production processes in the iron and steel enterprises. This paper discusses and establishes the weight control system for molten iron measurement. Through the construction of communication network based on field bus, the key parameters of molten iron tank and the bottom working parameters of the control system are accurately monitored. With the designed software system, the precise measurement of molten iron weight and the accurate discovery of the hidden equipment troubles is achieved, which improve the management level of enterprise modernization of equipment, and prolong the service life of the control system.
