摘要
The morphology and mechanical properties of nylon 1212/nylon 6 blends were investigated using a maleated triblock copolymer of styrene-(ethylene-co-butene)-styrene (SEBS) as a compatibilizer. The results showed that when the minor phase was nylon 1212, with the addition of MA-SEBS, the compatibility between the nylon 6 and nylon 1212 was greatly improved, and the size of dispersed particles decreased. TEM showed that "shellcore" structures were formed in this system. MA-SEBS at the interphase between nylon 6 and nylon 1212 played an important role in improvement of compatibilization of these two components. At the fixed ratio of nylon 1212/nylon 6 as 30/70, super-toughness was achieved with 15% MA-SEBS in weight.
