摘要
The main aim of the present study was to analyse the psychometric properties of the Spanish version of the What do You Think questionnaire (WYT, Conduct Problems Prevention Research Group, 2002), which if used to assess 5 components of social information processing (SIP) in children: intent attribution, emotion, goal setting, response generation and response evaluation. 807 children (383 girls and 424 boys) aged 8 to 12 years completed the questionnaire together with the Reactive-Proactive aggression Questionnaire (Raine, et al., 2006). Confirmatory factor analysis supported the hypothesised structure of 5 factors. On the other hand, SI P dimensions were differently related to proactive and reactive aggression. Finally, boys scored higher than girls both in aggressive behaviour and SIP components.
