摘要
In this paper, drawing on relevant theories of interface management, the relationships during IT service outsourcing will be regarded as an interface. After the study of the blossom of the IT service outsourcing under the value chain management, the conception of interface management, which is introduced as a cooperation mechanism in IT service outsourcing, is explained according to the interface theory. On the basis of interface' own characteristics, the relationship of all kinds of interface is expounded and corresponding methods, and measures are put forward. The framework of Information Support System is designed by the help of multi-agent technology to meet the need of cooperation mechanism. According to the form of Message/Dialogue, information communication can be realized, and the procedure of agents' activation is explained in details after the harmonization rules are introduced..
