摘要
It will have an important impact on the effectiveness of HR outsourcing to select the appropriate HR outsourcing service providers. This paper explores the evaluation index system of HR outsourcing service providers; it conducts a quantitative analysis of HR outsourcing service provider selection based on the use of AHP, in order to provide reference for the enterprise to make HR outsourcing decisions.
