摘要：

We report a case of acute postcesarean colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome). We report the treatment algorithm we followed. Recording to this algorithm may improve the treatment of this pathology and perhaps avoid surgical treatment in emergency. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
