摘要
This paper presents a method of analysis of the acquired data to achieve predictive maintenance of power supply equipment used in telecommunication system. The statistical analysis of the failure can identify the critical subsystem and components which, can stop the equipment supply when a malfunction may occur for these components. After identifying the signals to be acquired, the hardware interface and software acquisition are designed and then the main results are shown. This study focuses on the capacitors of the rectifier subsystem that emerged from the first Pareto analysis with the most accidental stops. Furthermore the risk analysis made with fuzzy graphs confirmed this. Experimental results confirm that predictive maintenance can be achieved in order to avoid the defect due to reduced capacity of the capacitors as a result of aging, electrical stress etc.
