摘要
This paper presents an algorithm based on Sociometry that incorporates fuzzy numbers to allocate human resources in different groups in order to achieve the maximum cohesion. A performance analysis of the algorithm to find the optimal solution was carried out. Since it is very time consuming, an alternate algorithm that allows to find suboptimal solutions is proposed. By means of a case study, the applications of both algorithms are illustrated and the results are promising. It is also shown how project managers may use the proposed algorithm as a decision-making tool when creating groups formed by human resources.
