摘要：

The power transfer between crossed laser beams made possible by an ion-acoustic wave is studied. The power transfer between beams with Gaussian intensity profiles shifts the beam centroids. and alters the beam directions and focal lengths. The power transfer between beams with hot spots in their intensity profiles depends sensitively on whether the associated beam filaments intersect. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
