摘要
Studies of electrical resistance and crystal structures under the uniaxial compression verified that the variety of electronic properties of alpha-(BEDT-TTF)(2)XHg(SCN)(4) (X = K, NH4), theta-(BEDT-TTF)(2)CsZn(SCN)(4) and theta-BO2Cl(H2O)(x) is systematically controlled by the strain and is explained in terms of the difference in the band structure. One exception, the selenium analogue alpha-(BEDT-TTF)(2)KHg(SeCN)(4) showed the superconductivity under the uniaxial compression along any direction. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
