摘要：
This paper systematically researched the theory and method of optimization of benefit and risk of investment project. Based on economic benefit theory, the paper explored the basic formula of economic benefit and related optimization approach, presented the criterion system of benefit optimization, and set up an index system of benefit and risk synthetical evaluation and its model.
