Vibration and Power Generating Characteristic Analysis of Piezoelectric Clamped & Simply-supported Beam

摘要
In order to study the generating characteristic of the piezoelectric Clamped & simple beam (PCSB) excited by simple harmonic displacement, the damped forced vibration differential equation of PCSB is established. Based on dynamics vibration respond of PCSB, the mathematics model of electromechanical energy conversion of PCSB is established by the first piezoelectric equation. Effects of piezoelectric material properties, structural dimension parameters and excitation on the generated energy of PCSB are analyzed by numerical method. The research results show that the generated energy of PCSB reduces with increasing of PCSB's length and increases with increasing of PCSB's width and thickness of the piezoelectric plate and the base plate. The influence of the piezoelectric plate thickness on generated energy is greater than that of the base plate thickness and the generated energy increases in a quadratic curve with increasing of the excitation amplitude.
