Monetary fund management is a necessary condition for every enterprise to operate under the market condition. As an important part of enterprise assets, Strengthen monetary fund management and risk control are very important for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper selects a typical case, comparing the monetary fund management of small and medium-sized enterprises to large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are found fund safety control is not in place, funding difficulties, the use of funds efficiency problem in common currency fund management, in order to solve these problems from the perfect monetary fund internal control system, broaden the sources of funds, small and medium-sized enterprises to improve efficiency in the use of funds and put forward concrete suggestions and countermeasures.
