摘要
Preparation of oriented AIN bulk ceramics was achieved by slip casting in a high magnetic field. The c-axis of AIN was perpendicular to the direction of a magnetic field. The mechanical properties and the thermal conductivity of the textured AIN depend oil the direction of the crystallographic orientation. (C) 2004 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
