摘要：

The era of multimedia computer digital information has brought significant changes to teaching methods in modern physical education. The traditional teaching mode and teaching concepts are deemed unsuitable for the current environment. This study presents the importance and application of multimedia computer-assisted instruction (CAI) to the development of physical education. The multimedia CAI courseware was developed to include the construction process of the college physical education teaching mode based on a detailed multimedia teaching system. Experimental results show that the new courseware facilitates the continuous learning of students.
