摘要
In this paper, attempts have been made to obtain the permeability tensor for oblique woven fibers of 2-2 carbon with a permeability of more than 0.5 with different volume percentages of fibers. By performing a series of experiments on rectangular, trapezoidal, rhomboid, and triangular molds, the permeability of theses fibers is measured. In this research, first, the amount of carbon fiber permeability in rectangular, trapezoidal, rhomboid, and triangular molds is calculated experimentally and then by calculating the permeability tensor, the mold filling time is calculated numerically and is compared with the results of experiments. It is concluded that the permeability of these fibers is anisotropic. Also, the permeability of these fibers is directly related to the porosity of the mold bed. It is also observed that the flow rate of the resin is directly related to the amount of porosity.
