摘要
Tank floor corrosion has been a significant risk of petroleum and petrochemical industry. For tank floor inspection, acoustic emission qualitative methods is generally in the industry, which have some problems such as lack of accuracy. In this paper, the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection was studied, and the 25 mm thickness of magnetic flux leakage detect was developed. The equipment has been well used in the enterprise, to solve the problem of storage tank floor corrosion and provide support for the enterprise.
