摘要
The pyrolysis of C2H2 over a Ni powder catalyst in the atmosphere of H-2, H2S and various inert gases was used to synthesize carbon microcoils (CMCs). The influences of the CVD conditions, esp. the gas flow rate of N-2, Ar, H2O, or H-2 as well as reaction time on the growth of the CMCs, whose coiled fibers have circular cross-sections (circular CMCs), were investigated.
