摘要
In order to control surface quality through the formation predicting on 3D surface topography according to such parameters as machine, tool, workpiece and cutting condition and so on before machining, the detailed variation of micro-topography, which is the keypoint of surface topography prediction, has been investigated particularly. Surface valley signals which are extracted from AFM image have been employed to show topography dynamic factor namely vibration between tool and workpiece. And the dynamic variation of AFM valley signals has been forecasted and fitted utilizing the theory of Wavelet-ARMA. model. After-wards, in ultra-precision turning, 3D surface micro-topography has been modelled and simulated by means of the superimposing between tool geometrical form and forecasted valley series. Finally, predicted and real measured micro-topography R-a testing results indicate that the predicted precision is about 80%. This prediction model is reasonable and proper. All the studies and trials mentioned above have been finished on HCM- I ultra-precision turning machine system fabricated by HIT.
