摘要
Simultaneous effects of spin-orbit interaction, external electric and magnetic fields and dimension on the electronic structure of a mono-layer quantum wire are investigated in this paper. Due to the direct effects of external electric field on the structure's symmetries and spin-orbit interaction, energy eigenvalues and functions of the system are calculated with axial or in-plane electric field. It is shown that spin-orbit interaction modifies energy eigenvalues and functions of the system with regard to external factors. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
