摘要
The existence of preferential crystallographic alignment in hot pressed and die upset manganese phosphide (MnP) was investigated using magnetic measurements and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The peak magnetic entropy change measured with the field applied along the DU direction in the DU sample was 3%, 5%, and 8% greater than the peak entropy change of a randomly oriented powder at fields of 2.0, 1.0, and 0.5 T, respectively.(C) 2010 Elsevier B.V.
