摘要
Water resources carrying capacity is the core content of water resources assessment and programming. Therefore, it' s very important to research the calculation method of water resources carrying capacity assessment. In this paper, the definition of water resources carrying capacity is given based on the concept of resources carrying capacity proposed by UNESCO; the fuzzy constraint linear programming model is established, based on the available regional water resources, pollutant carrying capacity and minimum standards of GDP per 10, 000 people, which may be regarded as a "range" numerical value; the variable range of elastic coefficient is defied by the variable range of constraint condition and the decision - makers ' satisfied circumscription, the elastic coefficient is subject to the decision - makers' satisfied circumscription, and the basic calculation process is expounded; this model, applied into the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in Rizhao Region, we get the water resources carrying capacity of Rizhao with guaranteed rate under 50% in different level years, and compare the calculation results, which shows that this model described by the paper is more practical and reasonable.
