摘要
With the development of computing, information and digital technology, computer-aided architecture design embraces a large room for development and plays a vital role in the architecture design. The invention of BIM bestows computer-aided architecture design (in short as CAAD) with a profound prospect. The thesis illustrates the advantages of BIM-based computer-aided architecture design(in short as CAAD) in a number of applications such as the building site analysis, the plan and design, the argumentation for building scheme and the 3D visualization. Therefore, the thesis concludes that the BIM-based computer-aided architecture design will improve the development of architecture design and bring a large developing room and great opportunities in the construction industry.
