摘要
So far, many scholars get used to applying single evaluation methods to assess the performance and profitability of each business group respectively. However, different methods applied to the same enterprise may bring about different appraisal. Based on this situation, we use comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate companies' profitability. Firstly we analyze the influencing factors of the companies' profitability and establish the index systems to assess profitability of real estate listed companies, and then systematically evaluate the profitability of the typical real estate listed companies in China using comprehensive evaluation methods. It provides an effective way of judging the real estate listed companies profit gaining ability, which can be provided as reference to investors.
