摘要
There are many factors affecting the real estate investment environment, while following the principle of systemic established on the basis of the evaluation index system. It also establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of Unascertained measure on the basis of the attribute levels, which is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of investment environment in real estate. The Unascertained comprehensive evaluation result of investment environment in real estate is gained by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, The last example proves that the method is simple, practicality, and scientific. The evidence shows that the attributes Unascertained AHM is an effective environment evaluation way in real estate investment analysis.
