摘要
This paper emphasizes how the demographic structure affected the real estate price during postwar period in United States, European area and Japan through theoretical and experiential analysis. Then this paper concludes the mechanism and proves the point of view that the demographic structure affects the long-run real estate price in China. At last, this paper makes some policy advices to confront the asset price effect of demographic structure flux.
