Magnetic properties of with nitrogen added Fe-Ni invar films

摘要
The microstructure and the magnetic properties of Fe-Ni-N/Cu films, prepared by using DC magnetron sputter, with different thicknesses have been studied by using X-ray diffraction, Brillouin light scattering, and magnetization measurements. To study the effects of nitrogen addition to the Fe-Ni film, we analyzed the temperature and the magnetic-field dependences of spin wave frequency by using Bloch's law and the dispersion relation for magnons, respectively. From the analyzed results, the spin wave stiffness constant D and the range of exchange interaction r(ex), which play important roles in magnetic materials, were 100.7 meVAngstrom(2) and 0.98 for the Fe-Ni-N film with a thickness of 60 nm.
