摘要：
Due to the increasing complexity of knowledge and technology in intensive care medicine (ICM) the specialist education and training has become increasingly important. As a consequence we have developed the full-scale intensive care simulator SOFIE, and have constructed a training programme for residents consisting bf theoretical learning with emphasis on algorithms, simulation based and video recorded training followed by debriefing and discussion.
