ANALYSIS OF DESIGN OF ECOTOURISM INTERPRETATION SERVICES IMPACTING OVER ENVIRONMENTAL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

摘要
With the rapid growth of tourism industry, great shocks have been caused on resources and environment. And since the appearance of sustainable development, ecotourism which was distinct from the conventional was designed with the focus on sustainable development. The purpose of interpretation is to bridge tourists and sightseeing spots. As IT and Internet industry advances with remarkable speed, new forms and channels of services have emerged, enabling tourists to access trip information and in the meantime, to acquire real-time learning effects. This research mainly targets tourists under the ecotourism in Guangdong Province, among them, 500 questionnaires were distributed, and from those, 416 effective ones were collected back, accounting for 86% of the total. With this research approach, it is anticipated that by means of conducts guiding service design, environment experience would be integrated with ecotourism, participants getting acquainted with local region ecological environment, start treating environmental surroundings in gentle ways, thus resulting in conversion in minds and actions and distinctive tours of ecotourism.
