摘要
For high current applications (power lines, current limiter), YBa2Cu3O7-x films of high superconducting qualities in sufficient thickness are necessary on suitable substrates (tapes). In order to achieve these desired properties, high growth rates have to be combined with epitaxial film growth on long lengths. Optimisation and results for films grown with high growth rates by single-source MOCVD techniques using traditional as well as new precursors in band coating reactors are presented Compatibility with technical substrates was achieved by depositing suitable buffer layers.
