摘要
In this study, ampicillin, amoxycillin, cloxacillin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, erythromycin, florfenicol residue analysis were carried out in a total of 240 milk samples consisting of 120 raw and 120 pasteurized milk obtained from 7 commercial firms separate dairying units. Residue analysis were performed by bioautography method based on the combination of thin layer chromatography and microbiologic disc diffusion test. According to the results, one pasteurized milk samples was found pozitive for ampicillin. In 239 samples weren't detected any antibiotic residues. It was calculated that the mean ampicillin residue incidence of contamination was %0.4 in all of the samples.
