摘要：
When circuit and device designers jointly tailor power electronic systems to a specific application performance and reliability benefit at little extra cost. In pursuit of the first, its aim is to minimize the power loss in power devices for a given application by minimizing such parameters as on-state resistance. The aim of reliability is to extend the device's operational life by reducing the thermal stress of switching at high frequencies.
