摘要：

Earlier unknown (R)- and (S)-alpha-methylspermidine, (R)- and (S)-alpha-methylspermine, (R,R)-, (S,S)-, and (R,S)-alpha,omega-dimethylspermine were synthesized in gram scale from readily available (R)- and (S)-2-aminopropanols in high overall yields. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
