摘要
We studied usefulness of 3D image of embryo and fetus in 6 to 11 weeks of gestation which was obtained by transvaginal 3D probe. By using multiplanary images, accurate measurement of crown-rump length and nuchal translucency could be performed. From surface image of embryo and fetus, new sonoembryological information which is different from that by conventional 2D image was provided. Anomalies could be easily interpreted by this 3D surface image.
