摘要
Gas sensitive properties of semiconductor sensors based on nanosized material SnO2-Sb2O5 with different content of cerium were studied. Extremal dependences of sensitivity of the sensor on its temperature and on concentration of the added cerium were found. The sensors based on the nanosized SnO2Sb2O5 material with the cerium additives have high sensitivities to hydrogen in a wide range of its concentrations, fast response time and satisfactory repetability. Good functional parameters of the sensors making them to be usefull for their application in practice. Particularly, they may be used for creating high sensitive gas devices purposed to measure contents of toxic and explosive gases in air.
