The calculation of the salt-water intrusion in coastal regions of the sea bed is presented. The motion of fresh ground water in a semi-infinite delivery water-bearing layer towards a sea was considered for the case when the coastal-region bed is inclined at an arbitrary angle to the horizon. The filtration scheme becomes much more complicated due to the appearance of an angular point in the physical plate, which increases the total number of unknown parameters, while performing the conformal transformation. The calculation allows the effect of the layer size, the density of liquid being filtered, the acting water head, and the inclination angle of the sea-bed coastal region on the character and the degree of intrusion. An increase in the layer size, of the salt-water density, and in the inclination angle of the coastal part of the seabed and a decrease in the water head enhance the tongue breaks.
