Machilinus costai, a new species of Meinertellidae (Insecta, Microcoryphia) from Spain

摘要：

A new species of Machilinus is described from the Iberian Peninsula. The new taxon is named M. costal, because it was found near the coast. The most important diagnostic characteristics of the species are described, including the sensilla pattern of the antennae. The new species is compared morphologically with its closest relatives: M. rupestris, M. casasecai. M. botellai, M. rosalie, M. spinosus and M. el- harchai. Some observations on this species phenology are also reported.
