摘要：

Static mode does not exist in the development of manufacturing corporate governance process for corporate governance is a dynamic, evolving process. The governance modes must be adopted in order to solve the major contradictions of corporate governance at different stages in China. Then the main contradiction was analyzed about corporate governance in the different stage. The features and the action rules of the agents were defined including stockholders, Board, operators and other stakeholders. The process of dynamic corporate governance was simulated by Swarm. The solved methods were given to the main contradiction in different stage.
