摘要
This article discusses the presence of theater in school as an alternative to foster a culture of peace. To this end, specific literature was used, as welt as experiences from other Latin American countries in order to problematize how theater has helped in the development of social skills, essential to school life. In a society that increasingly stimulates individual success, school theater remains a place of resistance, because in addition to enriching expression and communication, it generates a feeling of group and develops understanding in relationships with others, enriching the social skills of each person, so necessary for the integral formation of the person and life in society.
