摘要：
A short and convergent synthesis of macrocyclic factories related to 10-oxa-epothilone is based on aldolisation of a 3-(2'-methylallyloxy) aldehyde derived from methyl (2S)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpropionate followed by ring-closing metathesis.
