摘要：

Utilizing industrial ecosystem theory, this paper analyzed the competition, mutualism and up-down stream relationship among enterprises in industrial clusters. It was found that the precondition for the perfect development of an industrial cluster is that the competitive members must be different and the mutualism members must be competitive. It was also found that the conditions of an industrial cluster to keep ecological equilibrium are that enterprises in the cluster must differ in products and technologies, form cooperative networks and keep frequent communication with the external world.
