摘要
In the Environment of the financial crisis, many enterprises are facing the risk of bankruptcy. The application of user innovative approaches can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The traditional concept thinks that technological innovation is mainly completed by the manufacturer; this paper holds the opinion that in many industries, technological innovation is completed by the user or by users and manufacturers together. This paper introduces and analyzes two important user innovation theories in details-sticky information theory and the lead user theory, and for the first time puts forward the concept of degree of sticky information. This paper will guide direction for enterprises to apply user innovation.
