摘要：

Horseshoe kidney is a common anomaly with frequent associated anomalies. The confluence of the lower poles of the kidneys lies anterior to the inferior vena cava. The authors were unable to find any reports in the world's literature of a vena caval obstruction caused by the presence of a horseshoe kidney.
