摘要
The dielectric properties and synthesis characterization of a cation-deficient perovskite Ba4La2Ti3Nb 2O18 were discussed. The phase identification and microstructure characterization were done using a Rigaku D/MAX-RB powder X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and a Jeol JSM-5610LV scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was observed that the high temperature solid-state reaction techniques were used to prepare polycrystalline sample of Ba4La2Ti 3Nb2O18. It was found that density of the ceramic was measured by the Archimedes method.
