摘要
The aim of this work is to fabricate highly aligned titanium oxide (TiO2) nanotube (NT) arrays by using a self organized anodic oxidation method with different ammonium fluoride (NH4F) concentrations in ethylene glycol based electrolyte. The formation and growth mechanism of TiO2 NTs have been discussed and observed the effect of changing fluoride (F) ions on NTs. The current transient profile of TiO2 NTs during fabrication is also investigated. The surface morphology has been confirmed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) with roughness profile and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
