摘要：

In this paper, we studied that the neural networks has been studied has mapping dynamic characteristic function by storing internal state, and it made the system had the ability of adapting to time variant. The input layer, hidden layer, carried layer and output layer of neural network corresponded the different section of electrical load running. It provided the new method to make up the deficiency of mathematics model law's. This method was effect by example.
