(Chemical Presented) Targeting a single cytosine in the presence of others: The deamination coupled with 3-cyanovinylcarbazole-nucleoside-mediated photo-crosslinking allows heat-induced conversion of cytosine into uracil with high site-specificity and without side reactions. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH& Co.
