Social ties with the society of origin. The case of Maghreb people in the Basque Country

摘要：
The aim of this research has been to analyse some of the transnational ties of the Maghrebi community in the Basque Country, by studying their main transnational practices and behaviours. For this purpose, we have used data from the Basque Immigrant Population Survey published in 2019 (N 262). The main results of our study confirm the permanence of transnational ties with the countries of origin, even though the future life projects of these immigrant populations are linked to their continued presence and residence in the Basque Country.
