摘要：

Planning of underground space is an important part of urban master planning, and plays an important role in the sustainable development of city, so more and more cities pay attention to the development of underground space. During of development of underground space, the determination of development intensity is very important. However, the value of development intensity is a variable and is decided difficulty under the fix demand, which should be determined according to actual condition of civil and international city. The method of development intensity determination of underground space according to demands is studied, and some cases of underground space utilization are researched. All of these can be referred by the others cities when their underground space development is planned.
