摘要
We construct a theoretical model to investigate correlation between cogniton and behavior of leadership, which explains how cognition of leadership impacts on behavior of leadership. The hypothesis revises traditional research unilaterally focusing on explicit behavior of leadership through introducing cognition theory, which expresses implicit and explicit leadership.
